Tuna or Salmon with Angel Hair Pasta (or Chicken with Angel Hair Pasta Or Turkey with Angel Hair Pasta)

| 3 cups drained water packed, canned tuna, canned salmon, cooked diced chicken or cooked diced turkey | |
| 3 cups of cherry tomatoes | Washed and halved |
| 8 oz. low fat shredded Mozzarella Cheese | |
| 1/2 cup chopped green onions | Washed, trimmed and chopped |
| 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese | |
| 1/2 cup lemon juice | |
| 2 tablespoons olive oil | |
| 1 teaspoon minced garlic | Washed, peeled and minced. |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt | |
| 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |

| 1 | Prepare pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain. | |
